After spending endless happy hours in the art barn while earning her degree in art and art history/economics at Bucknell University, Susan Palmer went on to teach art at The Willow School in Gladstone, NJ — and never looked back. Teaching ceramics to children and adults became a calling, fueled by her love of watching the joy of discovery on kids’ faces as they create in the studio.

Her own ceramics journey is ever-evolving, and she takes great joy in creating pottery both hand built and wheel thrown.
