Laurie Carretta Scupp lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. She began studying ceramics and immediately found a profound passion to create with clay. Her work has been exhibited in galleries, museums, and shops, as well as two solo public installations in New York City. She makes ceramic sculpture as well as functional work, using both the potter’s wheel and hand building techniques. She is currently working as an associate artist at The Clay Studio in Philadelphia.
