How to Draw Comic Books, Manga, and the Art of Visual Storytelling

6 Fridays: April 18 – May 23 (4:30pm – 6:00pm)
Over the course of this class, with the help of Max Davenport, students will learn the fundamental methods and techniques necessary to tell a complete story
through pictures.  Your child will examine what makes comics and manga special as a narrative art form, and by the end of the class students will have drawn a three page comic, completely of their own making. Although experience with drawing is always a plus, this class welcomes students of all skill levels!
