We use USPS for most shipments. Larger or odd-sized items may be shipped UPS.

Shipping prices are calculated in the shopping cart, before payment is requested, so there are no surprises!

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. If you haven’t received your shipment by then, email to let us know. We will follow up  within 24 hours.

We promise to package all items carefully and thoroughly. Still, problems happen and if your item arrives damaged, let us know ASAP. Please take pictures of any damage to the box and/or the item and email us with the details. We value our customers and will work with you to make it right.
