Building your drawing skills is so beneficial for any aspiring artist!  Learn why being able to see and translating that experience to paper is so rewarding. During our 6 sessions we will cover:

• materials – a wide range of graphite tools from powdered form to pencils to solid sticks
• line, shading, value and texture
• composition
• special tips and techniques for special effects
• the power of the eraser as a subtractive drawing tool
• papers & surfaces for drawing
• the importance of developing a sketchbook practice

About Jane:
Jane’s love of drawing began as a child with a sketchbook and pencil always in hand. She grew up in the village of Lumberville in Bucks County, Pennsylvania immersed in a community of artists.
