Thursday nights - Jan. 25th, Feb.1st and 8th, 6:30pm-8:30pm

Gather around the maker's table to learn to knit a scarf with Susan Palmer. Over the course of three classes we will cover types of yarn and weights, winding a skein into a ball, casting on and off, learning to knit and purl and different stitch patterns, integrating art yarn into your scarf.  We will also discuss various fiber artists and how knitting can be elevated to art!

Optional road trip to a local yarn store if you want to pick your own yarn before class starts!  Place TBD.
