DESCRIPTION:Drawing in Graphite \nBuilding your drawing skills is so beneficial for any aspiring artist!  Learn why being able to see and then translating that experience to paper is so rewarding. During our 7 Wednesday sessions we will cover: \n\nmaterials – a wide range of graphite tools from powdered form to pencils to solid sticks\nline\, shading\, value and texture\ncomposition\nspecial tips and techniques for special effects\nthe power of the eraser as a subtractive drawing tool\npapers & surfaces for drawing\nthe importance of developing a sketchbook practice\nThis is a 7 week series\,  Wednesdays\, Sept. 30-Nov. 18 (skip Nov. 4)\nSupply List in the link below\n\n \n  \nStudent Testimonial:\n“If you want to confidently draw landscapes and draw them well\, Jane\nRamsey’s class is the one for you.
