We will focus on the following concepts: \n\ncontour drawing\nobservational skills\, scale and proportion\nproportion and measurement\, gridding\nutilizing negative space to get the positive shapes right\nand the dreaded…perspective\n\nSpecific dates are: 8 weeks\, Oct. 2\, 9\, 16\, 23\, 30\, Nov. 6\, 13\, 20. \nStudents will utilize photo references to create drawings that can be later used for paintings. \nAll materials will be provided for creating a preparatory drawing for 1/4 sheet watercolor paintings. If students want to prep drawings for additional future paintings\, please bring additional watercolor paper for that purpose. \nCancelation Policy:  \nStudents cancelling outside one week before the beginning of the session will be refunded in full.
