DESCRIPTION:About the Class \nOur pottery wheel throwing class is designed for beginners trying the wheel for the first time\, as well as returning students looking to sharpen their techniques. \nOver 8 Thursday morning sessions\, instructor Susan Palmer will guide you through the fundamentals of wheel throwing with a focus on proper technique\, consistency\, and creative growth. You’ll work on throwing bowls\, cups\, vases\, and plates in a small\, supportive class environment where you get the individual attention you need to actually improve your skills. \nThis pottery wheel throwing class emphasizes doing it right — not just doing it — so that the skills you build here stay with you. \nThursdays\, March 26 – May 14 | 9:30am–1:30pm | 8 sessions | All levels welcome \nMaterials \nAll materials are included. 25 lbs of white clay\, all glazes\, and firing are provided. \nCancellation Policy \nStudents cancelling at least one week prior to the start of class will receive a full refund. Within one week of the start date\, tuition is non-refundable\, as we must cover materials and instructor costs.

DESCRIPTION:Thursdays…MARCH 12 – APRIL 30 (8 weeks) This series is designed for students who have experience with watercolor\, who feel comfortable with the medium and who want to improve their exposure to more advanced skills and subject matter. \nStudents in this class will attempt more complicated photo references\, discuss different ways to approach them and each student will work to create their own version of subject. \nAll materials will be provided\, \n  \nCancellation Policy: \nAny student canceling more than 1 week before the start of class will be refunded. Please note\, however\, that we incur a small transaction fee for all online signups. That  amount will be subtracted from your refund. \nFor students wanting to cancel within 1 week of a class\, please be aware that your tuition is non refundable. You can pass your spot on to a friend however\, Just let us know in advance.
