Smudge Stick Workshop Oct 24th

Using Adrienne’s home grown Sage, Lavender, wild-harvested Mugwort, Sweet Annie and rose buds, we will learn how to wrap our own smudge sticks. Sage smudge is used for clearing negative energy, increasing your sense of well being and cleansing the air of unwanted bacteria. Mugwort is used to induce lucid dreaming. Sweet Annie dispels parasitic energy. Lavender is calming and Rose buds look and smell wonderful. You will make and take 2 large Smudge Sticks.
Be sure to dress warm as the workshop will be held outdoors. Please bring a mask in case we need to mask up.
