Get that sewing machine out and plug it in! We will show you how to use it and maintain it so that it’s not intimidating and can be a useful, creative tool in your home.
Have you never had the chance to use a sewing machine but always wanted to? Do you have one that is collecting dust because it’s intimidating? This is the perfect workshop to learn basic machine sewing skills like successfully threading a machine, filling a bobbin and basic stitches as well as the basics of machine maintenance. All this will be covered while taking you through a simple sewing project to practice your new skills.
This class is highly recommended before you sign up for our upcoming pattern drafting and skirt workshop series.
Note: We encourage you to bring your own machine. If you don’t own one, we do have a few for you to use.
Class includes all supplies.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be made for students cancelling earlier than 1 week before the beginning of any workshop. Within one week, there are no refunds. Thank you for your understanding as we must cover materials costs and instructor time for each offering.
