Private: Lunchtime Drawing Series – Tuesdays

Drawing skills are the key to success in every art medium whether it’s painting, sculpture, pottery, etc.  This 4-part series…Tuesdays for four weeks is taught by artists Susan Palmer and Jackie Pankuck.  Each lunchtime session is different and are outlined below:

• Mapping out drawings so everything fits properly on your page – hint, our brains lie to us!!!
• Perspective – why is a vanishing point critical to a good drawing
• How shadow are critical to drawing…they give dimension to objects , add shape to the landscape and ground objects that otherwise would appear to be floating in a drawing.
• Get your angles right to make objects read properly

All materials will be provided and all levels of expertise are welcome.

A Maker’s Circle, 40 Pottersville Road, Gladstone NJ (across from the Purnell School).

Cancelation Policy: Students will be refunded in full up to one week prior to the class date. No refunds will be offered within a week of the beginning of the series.
