This 5-week plein air watercolor class series is scheduled for the following dates: 5 consecutive Fridays, Sept. 16 -Oct. 14

The most effective way to improve your watercolor skills is to get outside and paint! Painting on plein air forces us to make quick decisions, simplify the scene and react to changing light. This 5-week series will get us out painting in the beautiful countryside of Hunterdon and Somerset Counties. Each session will be about 3-hours long during which time, Jackie will take you through her planning of composition and the actual stages of the painting. As you paint, she will go around to each student giving direction and tips on your specific painting.
Location will be chosen by Jackie but she is open to alternate suggestions from the class.
This class is open to all levels, however, painters must have their own supplies and plein air set up. Classes will be limited to 8 students to ensure adequate social distancing although being outside will help a great deal in keeping us safe.
Cancellation Policy: Students will be refunded in full up to one week prior to the class date. No refunds will be offered within a week of the beginning of the series.
