Pen & Watercolor Spring Series

Pen and Watercolor, Line and Wash, Pen and Wash are all phrases used to describe this form of art making.  Whether you are new to art or a seasoned artist, Pen and Watercolor is so much fun and easily accessible.  In this 6-week series, Jackie Pankuck will help you with your drawing skill (beginners are totally welcome) by taking you through various types of subjects from landscapes to still life.  We will then add color and life to your drawings with watercolor paint. You get the best of both the drawing and painting worlds! 

We will use dip pens and ink on watercolor paper and focus on the following:

• exploring the use of various types of materials
• advancing drawing skills with various lines, shading and mark making techniques
• experimenting with bringing life to drawings with watercolor using both soft washes for depth and using vivid color for excitement

This series will run on Mondays from 10-12:30pm.

All materials will be provided. All levels are welcome.

Cancelations accepted up to one week from the beginning of the series. After that, tuition is non refundable. Missed classes are not refundable.
