“Sequencing” is a new approach to oil painting developed by Ric Campman at The River Gallery School in Brattleboro, VT. Ric was a co-founder of the school 35 years ago, and developed this technique in 2004.
It is a way for complete beginners and experienced art makers to enjoy the process of painting at a deep level. The beauty of this process is that it interrupts any creative self-judgement and reminds the students that creativity is an integral part of each of us and can bring great joy to our lives.
