Lamington Presbyterian Church–Indigo Dyeing Event

Indigo is the mother of all natural dyes.  With its unique properties, the blues it creates are endless and unique.  In this workshop, we will use indigo dye to transform white cotton napkins into beautifully patterned, indigo dyed works of art.  These napkins will be sold at LPC’s big fundraiser on 5/6, Basket Day.

And to add to the fun, you can also bring a personal item of clothing that’s in need of a new life and dye it in the indigo vat.  So bring that white button down you never wear, that tired old (stained) white cotton sweater or those jeans whose fit you like but are way to pale and make them your new favorite!

Cancellation Policy:  A full refund will be made for students cancelling earlier than 1 week before the beginning of any workshop. Within one week, there are no refunds.  Thank you for your understanding as we must cover materials costs and instructor time for each offering.
