Alternate DIY Framing Option! Learn to Mount Paintings On Board

In this 2 day class you will learn two key skills that will save you money and help you make your art look professionally framed.

Day one – Monday 5/13, 11-12:30pm and Day 2, – Wednesday 5/15, 11-1pm.

• Learn how to prepare and mount water based paintings on gator board or wood panel.  These product looks great, will protect your watercolor or acrylic from UV degradation and humidity damage and allow you to enjoy your work without the glare of glass.

• No experience required.  All supplies including gator board as well as adhesive materials will be provided although you have to bring your own painting for framing. You will be able to mount up to 2 paintings (max size 11×14, each)
• The 2nd class will be held outside since some of the archival sprays we use are very smelly!
• Class will be limited to 8 students.
• If weather is particularly bad, we will schedule a rain date.

Cancellation: Students will be refunded in full up to one week prior to the class date. No refunds will be offered within a week of the class.
