Travel Sketching – Pencil and Watercolor

Heading to the airport this summer to explore some corner of the world? Bring a small artist pack curated by A Maker’s Circle to capture your memories in a visual journal.  It’s a wonderful way to remember the sights, smells and sounds of the places you visit.

Spend four hours with artist, Jackie Pankuck for some instruction on simple, on-site sketching while you are sitting in a cafe or exploring a beautiful landscape. Learn quick contour drawing or 5 line sketching and how to add some depth and color with a travel watercolor set.

You will leave class with everything they need to capture your memories in a unique way – a Moleskin sketchbook, a mechanical pencil, a Winsor Newton travel watercolor palette and travel water brush. All materials have been chosen by Jackie and are included in the price of the class.

This class is open to all skill levels.
