Making your own glazes gives you a superior product, reduces your costs and allows for greater flexibility in your glazing techniques.
Please bring your own unglazed ware so that we can practice glazing.
This is a hands-on workshop you will receive information about glaze materials, handouts, glaze formulas, supplier information. All experience levels are welcome.

This is an introductory workshop for ceramic artists who want to develop and make their own glazes.  You will learn a new way to develop glazes and then experiment and test them for color and glaze surface.  Students will discuss the importance of glaze ingredients, cover glaze flaws and learn how to correct them.  We will also discuss purchasing ceramic materials and equipment needed in the process of making glazes.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 1 week or more from start date will be refunded in full.  Cancellations 4-6 days out will receive a 50% refund…3 or fewer days out are non-refundable.
