If you’re interested in exploring all the possibilities of hand-building functional and sculptural pottery, try this 8 week hand building class with Susan Palmer.
This class is for beginner to experienced hand builders who have taken a beginning hand building class. In this class series, you will choose what projects you want to work on and be supported and guided to ensure best clay practices to avoid potential problems related to hand building. Draping, coiling, darting, slab building and pinching can all be explored.
This class includes 1 25 lb. bag of clay and all firing fees.
